Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment  
   - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected package, date, and time.
   - All prices are listed in [Your Currency, e.g., AUD] and are subject to change without notice.

2. Service Area & Travel Fees 
   - Package prices apply to services within a 70 km radius of Singleton only. Services outside this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be determined upon booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling  
   - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   - Rescheduling is permitted once per booking with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Service Limitations
   - Packages are tailored to individual needs as specified, and no guarantees are made for specific styling results or outcomes.
   - Styling recommendations are based on current trends, personal taste, and available inventory; variations in availability or client preferences may affect final styling.

5. Liability* 
   - The stylist is not responsible for any allergies, sensitivities, or reactions to products or garments sourced during sessions. Clients are advised to disclose any preferences or sensitivities beforehand.

6. Use of Photos 
   - By booking a session, clients consent to the use of before and after photos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Refunds & Returns 
   - All styling services are final, with no refunds after the session has been completed. Any items purchased are subject to the store's return policy.
